Festool's 18-volt range continues to expand, and now includes new cordless extractors for a healthy and dust-free working environment. Whether sawing, sanding or drilling: The cordless extractors in the Systainer format for dust classes L and M are ideal for spontaneous use as well as for servicing tasks and small jobs. Available from October 2022, the compact extractors bring even more portability and freedom to the 18-volt system – and less dust.

Always by your side, without a cable: Systainer on the outside, cordless extractor on the inside. The new cordless Systainer extractors offer maximum mobility and freedom with minimal weight – perfect for transporting and carrying. "This makes our new cordless Systainer extractors the ideal partners for all service work and small tasks, as well as occasional spontaneous use. Our new extractors in the Systainer format are available in dust classes L and M for an instantly dust-free working environment, with no need to search for a plug socket," confirms Andreas Buck, Product Manager at Festool. As always, everything fits inside the system: Extractor, smooth suction hose, cordless tool, T-LOC Systainer connection. The innovative Bluetooth® autostart function or the convenient remote control on the suction hose ensure perfect interaction between the cordless tool and the extractor. Both functions switch on the extractor automatically when the cordless tool starts up.

Powerful suction from battery power

The compact cordless extractors offer impressive suction power: The 36-volt turbine (with two 18-volt battery packs) means they offer a comparable level of power to mains-operated extractors. The suction power itself can easily be adjusted over three levels. The appropriate level for the application can be selected, which in turn increases the total battery runtime. With four battery packs and the new TCL 6 DUO dual rapid charger, non-stop operation is now also possible in most cordless applications. From September 2022, Festool will be offering a variety of energy sets – conveniently packed in the Systainer³. These make the perfect addition to the cordless extractors – and to the new KSC 60 cordless sliding compound mitre saw, which is also available to buy from September. There are energy sets for every application, and these are of course compatible with the entire 18-volt range from Festool.

A perfect fit in the Systainer system

In traditional Festool style, the new cordless extractors in the Systainer format can be paired and combined with the entire system from Festool – not only with the cordless tools but also with the entire Systainer range and bott vehicle equipment. The integrated Bluetooth® technology enables the extractors to interact efficiently with the cordless tools. Even more convenience comes from the rapid Bluetooth® autostart function via battery pack or remote control. The handy remote control positioned on the suction hose itself saves you walking back to the extractor – ideal for interim cleaning tasks. If that weren't enough, the smooth suction hose glides over every edge and is agile, ultra-robust and offers extremely flexible handling. In short, the system offers all-round perfection – after all, even the new CTC cordless extractors, chargers and battery packs are fully covered by Festool SERVICE, giving you peace of mind for your day-to-day work.

The new CTC SYS cordless extractors and the new energy sets are available from authorised dealers from September resp. October 2022.
