The plunge-cut saw family from Festool has the perfect saw for any application and impresses with perfect cutting results across the whole range. And as is the case for any family, each member of the plunge-cut saw family has different qualities and characteristics. But there is one thing they all have in common, whether they are cordless or corded: Every model delivers plenty of power for even the most demanding of applications.

Enthusiastic faces with wide eyes; cutting results that are received with an appreciative nod of the head: Since 1980, Festool plunge-cut saws have been known for their reliable quality and absolute precision. And the colourful family of plunge-cut saws is growing continuously. When we speak about our plunge-cut saw family, then we're always talking about Festool's DNA. Our aim: The perfect cut. Our objective: Tools that will astonish even dyed-in-the-wool professionals.

Mobile and independent: TSC 55 K

The new TSC 55 K cordless plunge-cut saw is as powerful as a mains-operated machine, but completely untethered. The tried-and-tested dual battery system (2 x 18 V) combined with the brushless EC-TEC motor delivers maximum power, all while achieving perfect cut quality. The unique KickbackStop function also reduces the risk of injury caused by kickback during sawing or plunge-cutting into the workpiece.

Legendary reliability: TS 55 F plunge-cut saw

The TS 55 has always stood out with its absolute precision cuts, maximum power and extreme durability. In combination with the new saw blade generation, it offers concentrated torque; work progress that is up to twice as fast and an extended saw blade service life are what make this saw legendary.

One for all: TS 60 K plunge-cut saw

The TS 60 K is Festool's most versatile plunge-cut saw. The cutting depth of 60 mm and compact design make for outstanding results, including for mitre cuts and solid worktops. The new, powerful TS 60 K always works with absolute precision while doing so. The high speed ensures ideal machining, an effortless feed rate and the best cutting quality. In addition, the TS 60 K is extremely robust under any conditions. The new-generation, brushless EC-TEC motor is also virtually maintenance-free. Paired with the integrated KickbackStop, it protects both the user and the workpiece from dangerous kickbacks. The entire accessory system around the TS 60 K only really demonstrates its versatility in day-to-day use. What's particularly great is that the new TS 60 K can be combined with all cross cutting guide rails. This makes it incredibly easy to make reproducible, precise and clean cross cuts following marks.

Splinter-free perfection: The TSV 60 K plunge-cut saw with scoring function

The TSV 60 K plunge-cut saw with scoring function makes it possible to achieve splinter-free cuts on both sides from the very first cut. With the TSV 60 K, workshop-quality results can be replicated on the construction site – like with a stationary machine. This makes it extremely efficient; the cut edges are immediately ready for further processing. "We have integrated a scorer into the new TSV; a never-before-seen innovation for hand-held plunge-cut saws. We also constructed the scorer unit to have track and depth adjustment which guarantees exact adjustment options and, when combined with the diamond scoring saw blade, long-term perfect cut quality. This is even true for efficient, high-quality panel cutting," confirms Boris Seyfried, Product Manager for Sawing at Festool. The unique KickbackStop function reduces the risk of injury caused by kickback during sawing or plunge-cutting into the workpiece.

Large saw with depth: The TS 75 plunge-cut saw

The Festool family of plunge-cut saws is rounded off by the largest family member, the TS 75: With an impressive 75 mm cutting depth and 1600 W power, the TS 75 can handle even thick workpieces with a single cut. In practice, the TS 75 has proven itself to be extremely precise and adapts well to the working material. The result: Exact plunge cuts to the nearest millimetre and at the right angle.
