Perfect results faster: With the new SYMC 70 cordless compound mitre saw, you can cut skirting boards and other strips to size twice as fast as with a regular compound mitre saw – accurately and without making calculations. With no cable to get in the way, work runs more smoothly. The bevel makes it simple to obtain interior and exterior angles and transfer them to the symmetrical stop system. Bisectors can be cut with precision with just one setting for cutting both skirting boards of a corner with precision. The rollers allow you to move the cordless compound mitre saw into the correct position in an instant – which, combined with the dual battery system, affords the saw maximum portability.

Producing precision bisector cuts has never been simpler than with the new SYMC 70 cordless compound mitre saw: The angle bevel for interior and exterior angles, which is included as standard, makes light work of obtaining and transferring angles. Plus, with the SYMC 70, you can saw bisector cuts with complete precision. This is made possible by the symmetrical stop system. Perfectly fitting skirting boards can be cut to any angle in next to no time. The attached rollers make it quick and effortless to line up the saw. The rollers allow the user to quickly and easily align the saw to themselves and the skirting boards. This makes for efficient work even in small spaces. The SYMC 70 is a powerful yet long-lasting tool for daily use: This is thanks to the combination of brushless EC-TEC motor and dual battery system (2 x 18 V) – not to mention countless other clever design details, such as the user-friendly switch concept and LED spotlight, which illuminates the cut line for the best possible workflow. To ensure a working environment with reduced dust even without a mobile dust extractor, a separate dust collection bag collects dust precisely where it is produced. The SYMC 70 can also be operated from the left or the right: The switch and handle are in a central position so they are just as easy for right-handed and left-handed users to work with. Festool is synonymous with perfect cutting results – the high-quality saw blades are precisely matched to the saw and the material. The SYMC 70 has synchronously swivelling stops for cuts exactly along the bisector. Exterior angles of up to 60° and interior angles of up to 68° can be carried out effortlessly with just one setting. The combination of the dual battery system (2 x 18 V) and the brushless EC-TEC motor provides the SYMC 70 with maximum endurance and power. The dual battery power means you have complete freedom of movement with the SYMC 70, without any cables getting in the way. You can easily unlock the switch-on lock with just one hand – keeping the second safely on the workpiece. The guard also opens automatically when the head is lowered. The rollers increase the height of the work bench on the SYMC 70 to precisely match the height of the SYS 3 M 137 Systainer. It can then be used as a workbench to support long workpieces safely and securely. Variable speed preselection for adapting to the working material.

The new cordless compound mitre saw is available from October at selected specialist retailers.
