Last year saw Festool join forces with Tanos and bott – the specialist in premium vehicle fittings – to launch the new Systainer3 . Festool has built on this in 2020, making lots of small improvements to the Systainer³. As you would expect of Festool, the new Systainer³ products are compatible with one another and can be connected to all previous Systainer generations, mobile dust extractors and many other system accessories.

One Systainer, thousands of possibilities: The versatility of the new Systainer3 from Festool redefines mobility at work, enabling maximum flexibility – from the workshop to the construction site. The new Systainer3 was developed by Festool and Tanos in cooperation with bott, the specialist in high-quality vehicle equipment. The common objective of the cooperation: To make everyday working life even easier for professional users. That's why all tools and consumables in the new Systainer³ can be perfectly integrated into the bott vario3 vehicle equipment range, remaining clearly organised while stowed and always within easy reach, whether in the workshop, on the move or at a construction site. At the same time, with the Systainer3 in combination with the bott vario3 vehicle equipment, which enables easy loading and unloading, you can be on the move much more quickly, saving you time and money.

iF Design Award for the Systainer³
The non-profit organization iF Design Foundation has set itself the goal of honoring good design free of commercial influences and regulations. The Systainer³ received the iF Design Award in the "Packaging" area.

As of April, Festool also offers a completely new format of Systainer³: The Systainer³ XXL. With its capacity of up to 64 litres, it is just the answer when a lot of storage space is needed. It provides the perfect protection for machines, accessories and consumables. Everything is clearly organised and easy to transport. Thanks to the tried-and-tested T-LOC central control element, it can be closed, opened and connected with a single turn. From October 2020, the new Systainer³ XXL format will also be available for Festool's new PLANEX long-reach sander.

Organised³
From January 2020, the Organizer became the newest member of the Systainer family. It is the ideal solution for storing and carefully organising small parts. It is available in two different sizes and has a transparent cover so you can easily identify the contents. Festool offers a range of equipment for the Systainer3 Organizer, with a total of seven different sizes of small parts boxes. Practical: Systainer3 and the Systainer3 Organizer can be connected together, providing optimum organisation of the machine and consumables in the same system. With the established T-LOC one-handed operating element, both new products can easily dock onto another new product: The Systainer3 roll board. It comes with four handle options as well as practical feedthroughs for straps and, with its load-carrying capacity of up to 100 kg, is ideal for mobile use. The new Systainer³ can also be connected to other Festool system accessories, such as the mobile dust extractor.

Economical³
„"The Systainer has always been more than just a toolbox. It's an important module in our Festool transport and storage system, which we are constantly expanding and further developing. In addition, thanks to integrated mounting rails, it can now fit seamlessly into the new bott vario3 vehicle equipment. This not only means you save a lot of time on your journey from the workshop to the construction site and back, but you are also safe when you are travelling, as no unsecured items can fly around. Everything stays in its place, even in the event of an accident. Safety is the top priority for all of our products."

Mobility³
The superscript number "3" not only indicates the third generation of the Systainer, which has been established in the professional trade sector since 1993, but also the three application areas: Workshop, transport and construction site. With the standardised Systainer³ storage and transport system, everything can be stored neatly, perfectly organised and securely stowed, both in the stationary workshop and on the construction site. The new Systainer3 is also fully downwards-compatible with all older Systainer models. In addition, the Systainer³ system is available in a range of widths and heights. The three low Systainer3 variants have a handy front carrying handle, allowing them to be carried ergonomically, close to the body. The new Systainer³ can be connected to other Festool system accessories, such as the new Systainer3 roll board or the mobile dust extractor.
