Precise guidance – tailored to your requirements.

Our selection of guide rails is as diverse as your applications. We give you an overview of the different models and options:

The leading original.

Using the guide rail, you can make long, straight cuts and grooves with particular precision. The lightweight yet robust aluminium rails support you when working with a portable circular saw, plunge-cut saw or router. You can also guide your jigsaw or sword saw as well as the insulation saw on the rail. This ensures significant time savings and excellent work results. The classic FS/2 rail is the perfect companion for your work in furniture construction, interior finishing, timber construction or façade treatment.

Guide rail adhesive pads

Perfect guidance in any position

The guide rail with adhesive pads helps you whenever clamping is not an option. You can secure the FS/2-KP rail to your surfaces using adhesive pads, in order to make precise cuts when carrying out work on floors and large work surfaces, as well as for applications on walls. Via the slot in the middle, you can easily and practically place your guide rail over the carrying handle of your Systainer so that you can transport it.

Guided compound mitre saws.

Cross-cutting guide rails enable you to make fast, guided and precisely angled cross cuts. Thanks to the cross-cutting guide rail, you can expand your options with a portable and easy-to-use compound mitre saw system in just a few steps. The FSK cross-cutting guide rail is available for cutting lengths of 250 mm, 420 mm and 670 mm, and can be coupled with many of our portable circular saws.

Holes in the guide rail

Guide rails with rows of holes.

When assembling furniture, the FS/2-LR helps you to create exact rows of holes quickly and easily – in a way that no other solution does. You can produce straight rows of holes with an exact spacing of 32 mm. Whether it's for rack systems or fittings, it couldn't be easier. Of course, you can also use this rail for all classic applications such as precise cuts with a saw and grooves with a router.

Two in one.

With the FSV/2 connecting pieces, you can connect two or more guide rails without sacrificing guidance stability. The self-aligning connector creates a straight and quick connection. This allows you to make precise cuts over the entire length of two or more connected guide rails.

What makes working with a guide rail so special?

Your saw glides over the slideway lining of the rail without slipping – easily and with low application of force in the guide slot. But it's not just your energy that is saved – it's also your workpiece. The integrated splinter guard at the scribe mark protects the edge from splintering, while the adhesive cushion strip on the underside of the guide rail protects the surface of the workpiece.

How is a guide rail constructed?

Our guide rails are based on an extruded aluminium profile, and are therefore lightweight for transport and yet very sturdy and precise. At the same time, this makes them corrosion-resistant and very durable. For you, this means uncomplicated handling and a long service life for your tool. These practical aids are equipped with a foamed rubber backing layer, to prevent them from sliding back and forth on the workpiece or scratching the workpiece surface. The rubber lip right at the scribe mark works as a splinter guard and prevents your edges from splintering even with angled cuts. The core component of the guide rail is the guide slot. It accommodates the machine groove below the guide plate of the plunge-cut saw, router, etc. and ensures that the tools are guided without play. But the special slideway lining of the rails also contributes to ideal sliding behaviour. With this design, you can rely on the fact that your cuts will be successful and that your workpieces will not be scratched or otherwise damaged by the power tool.
